Here’s everything you need to know about how returns, refunds, and cancellations work 👇
General Refund & Return Policy
Processing Time:
Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days once initiated.
Payment Modes:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (bank, UPI, etc.).

COD Orders: You’ll need to share your bank details or UPI ID to receive the refund.
Return Refusals:
We may decline a return if the product appears used, worn, damaged, or tampered — unless the damage occurred during delivery.
Defective Products:
If you’ve received a defective product, please email clear photos and/or an unboxing video to wecare@stickitup.xyz within 72 hours of delivery. Our team will verify and assist with a quick replacement or refund.
For Clothing
Exchange / Return Policy
We want you to love your STICK IT UP clothing!

We offer free 7-day returns or exchanges on both prepaid and COD clothing orders.

Sale items or discounted products are final sale — no returns or refunds.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Request a Return / Exchange

Email us at wecare@stickitup.xyz with your Order ID, Phone Number, Reason for Return/Exchange, and supporting images/videos if required.

You’ll need to ship the product back to us. Once it passes quality check, your exchange/refund will be processed.

We’ll refund up to ₹150 of your shipping cost as store credit (share the courier invoice).

Please allow up to 7 days after we receive your return for processing.

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. If the product fails QC, your request may be declined.

Refund timeline:

Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment mode within 2–3 working days after QC.

COD Orders: Refunded via your chosen mode within 5–7 working days after QC.

For Stickers, Wall Decors & Other Products
We maintain a <1% defect rate, but if there’s ever an issue, we’ll fix it right away.
For Quality Issues

Share clear photos showing the defect.

If there are missing items, share an unboxing video — this helps us verify with our warehouse and courier partner.
Once verified, we’ll either reproduce or refund your order within 5 days.
Since these products are freshly made, we don’t accept returns for reasons like change of mind or wrong selection.
Note: We cover shipping costs if a return is required due to our error.
Return Charges & Refunds

Refund Fee (Post-RTO): ₹100 will be deducted only if you request a refund after an order returns to us (RTO).

Shipping Charges: Non-refundable for all orders.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued as store credit (Gift Card) sent to your registered email.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.

If you refuse delivery, we’ll process your refund once the package returns to us (₹100 RTO fee applies).
RTO (Return to Origin)
If your order was undeliverable and returned:

Update your address, and we’ll reship it.

Common reasons: incorrect address, unreachable number, or delivery refusals.
Delivery & Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement.

Once shipped, you’ll get tracking details via email and WhatsApp.

Delivery time is 2–7 days, depending on your location.

Missing Items or Quality Issues
If something’s missing or damaged:

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Provide photos/unboxing videos for verification.

If verified, we’ll reship the missing items or issue store credit.
Without proof, we won’t be able to proceed — courier investigations require visual evidence.

Order Marked Delivered but Not Received
If your order shows Delivered but hasn’t reached you:

Contact us within 24 hours of the status update.

We’ll verify with the courier and either reship or refund based on their response.
Requests beyond 24 hours can’t be accepted (courier rules).
Non-Returnable Items

Products bought during Sale Events / Flash Sales.

Customized or made-to-order products.

Items failing QC or showing signs of use.
