Shipping Policy

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We usually ship all orders within 24–48 working hours.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 days, depending on your location.

Note: During major sale events or high-volume periods, dispatch and delivery may take a little longer — we promise it’s worth the wait! 🚚💨

What are the shipping charges?

For Prepaid Orders:
✅ Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹399.

For COD Orders:
⚠️ A ₹50 COD handling fee applies — this goes directly to our courier partners for processing cash payments.
We recommend choosing prepaid for a smoother, faster, and fully contactless delivery experience.

What if my order doesn’t get delivered?

Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package.
If the order still can’t be delivered, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).

Once we receive the returned parcel:

  • A refund will be processed to your STICK IT UP Wallet (store credit) or your original payment method, depending on how you paid.

  • Store credits can be used anytime for your next order — no expiry, no hassle.
